Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
PLEASE PAY THE REMAINING AMOUNT IN CASH ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
A tattoo deposit is paid after a consultation with an artist to begin work on a tattoo design, and to hold a tattoo appointment thereafter. The amount of the deposit varies based on the size of a tattoo. Tattoo prices are dependant on piece (quoted per piece) and day rates vary from £500-£600, depending on the artist. ALL bookings require a non-refundable deposit, which ranges from £50-£150 depending on piece. In regarding the below information, I acknowledge and agree as follows:

Make sure to research your artist before booking.
● For multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held as payment towards the last session of the tattoo.
● Upon paying a deposit I acknowledge that I have communicated my tattoo design idea to my artist to
my satisfaction. I understand that creating a tattoo design based on a client concept is subjective, and that variations may exist between my concept and the final design. If the finished design is not to my liking, minor changes will be made at the artist's discretion. However, I understand that substantial changes to the design or the request of an entirely new drawing or draft will require a new deposit, and the original deposit will be forfeited as payment for the artist's drawing time.
● I have discussed the desired placement and size of the tattoo with my artist. I understand that the artist will design the tattoo to fit the intended area that was agreed upon, and any change of placement result in a loss of deposit.

Changes to design, sizing or placement will affect pricing/quotes.
● No drawings or drafts are e-mailed or otherwise previewed to client before their scheduled tattoo appointment. You can of course make minor changes on the day of your appointment but you will not see the design any earlier than the morning of your appointment.
A deposit will be forfeited in the event:
★ I do not appear for a tattoo appointment;
★ I cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving at least 72 hours notice;
★ I reschedule more than 2 times. (deposit will be lost after the 3rd reschedule).
★ I arrive more than 20 minutes late to a tattoo appointment;
★ I fail to reschedule a new appointment within 30 days of a cancelled appointment;
★ I arrive to a tattoo appointment without government-issued identification;
★ I arrive to a tattoo appointment with sunburn.
★ I arrive to my appointment with numbing cream on without discussing with my tattoo artist first. Numbing cream can greatly affect healing and can block the ink going into the skin, please check with your artist or the studio prior to your appointment.
By laying a deposit to secure my booking, I agree to all of the above terms and conditions and acknowledge receipt of the Non-refunable deposit policy.
